Approved work

• Your accepted written quote identifies the property, surfaces, tasks, price, payment terms, and service window. A website inquiry does not confirm an appointment, accept a quote, or authorize payment.

Permission

• You must own the property or have permission to arrange the work. Tell WWR about landlord, HOA, tenant, manager, or commercial-site requirements.

Included services

• Only quoted work is included. Interior windows, screens and tracks, roofs, gutter interiors, specialized stain removal, repairs, staining, and sealing require express inclusion in the quote.

Additional work

• WWR will explain revised scope and pricing for approval before performing chargeable extra work. We may stop immediately to protect people or property.

Preparation

• Provide safe access, move requested vehicles and movable items, secure pets, and keep people away from active work areas. Close windows, doors, and other openings.

Known concerns

• Inform WWR about leaks, damaged seals, exposed wiring, loose fixtures, sensitive equipment, fragile surfaces, and recent painting, sealing, or repairs.

Water and property protection

• Unless the quote states otherwise, provide a working outdoor water supply. Disclose well-water limitations, low pressure, or restrictions. Identify sensitive plants, ponds, and furnishings so WWR can plan suitable precautions.

Commercial sites

• The authorized contact must coordinate gates, tenants, public access, and dumpster access. Moving dumpsters or disposing of trash or hazardous waste requires a separate agreement.

Expected results

• Cleaning improves appearance but does not repair deterioration or guarantee an as-new finish, complete stain removal, or permanent prevention of regrowth. Existing oxidation, failing finishes, rot, and other defects may become more visible. WWR will use an appropriate cleaning method, monitor conditions throughout the work, and pause or stop service if continuing poses a risk to people or property.

Scheduling and payment

• WWR confirms appointments and arrival windows. Company-caused or unsafe-weather postponements are rescheduled without an additional fee. Payment timing, deposits, taxes, and any customer cancellation or return fee must be disclosed and accepted before booking. The $20 Bin Revival return-visit fee applies only to bin cleaning. Any fee for exterior or other services must be stated in the quote and accepted before booking.

Service concerns

• Please report cleaning concerns within 48 hours, preferably before another treatment or significant reuse. WWR will investigate and provide appropriate corrective service without charge for problems caused by our cleaning. If correction cannot reasonably resolve the issue, we will discuss an appropriate credit or refund.

Damage

• Report suspected damage promptly and include photos when available. Before-and-after photos are helpful but are not required to report a concern. WWR will investigate and involve its insurer where appropriate. Existing defects do not excuse damage caused by careless work. The 48-hour cleaning-concern request does not automatically exclude damage discovered later.

Photos

• Internal photos may document conditions and completed work. Public marketing use of identifiable customer-property photos requires separate permission.
