Privacy Policy

Updated October 26, 2026. This notice explains how Water Works Revival uses website and service information.

Information we collect

• WWR collects the contact details, service address, requested work, bin selections, trash day, messages, and acknowledgments you provide. HOA status and community name are optional.
• Service records may include appointment details, completion records, relevant condition photos, cancellation or rescheduling messages, and evidence supporting hauler delays or service concerns. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information.

How we use, protect, and share information

• We use these records to respond, quote and arrange work, manage billing, document accepted terms, and resolve concerns or claims.
• Internal service photos help document conditions, completed work, and missed visits. We will avoid unrelated interiors, people, and personal details where practical.
• Access is limited to authorized people with a business need. Necessary information may be processed by service providers or shared with our insurer or professional advisers for service administration, claims, or legal obligations.
• We do not sell customer personal information. Optional HOA information helps assess neighborhood interest; it does not authorize disclosure of individual customer details or service history to an HOA for marketing.
• Public use of identifiable customer-property photos requires separate permission. Declining does not affect service. You may withdraw permission for future use and request removal from channels WWR controls.

Website requests and acknowledgments are saved in private website records, and notifications pass through our email system. Authorized administrators use these records to manage service.

Keeping and reviewing records

• Records are retained only as reasonably needed for accounts, billing, accepted agreements, service quality, insurance, disputes, and legal obligations. When those purposes end, records will be securely deleted or anonymized under WWR’s retention process.
• Contact WWR to request access, correction, or deletion. Some records may need to remain for an open claim, payment obligation, or legal requirement.

Payments, website features, and external services

• Website request forms do not collect payment-card numbers. Payment providers, embedded maps, and external websites have their own privacy practices.

Payments and subscriptions use PayPal-hosted checkout. Card and payment details are entered on PayPal, whose Privacy Statement applies to its processing. PayPal may provide WWR with transaction, payer, and subscription information needed to verify payments and manage service. Opening a payment link takes you to PayPal; simply using our request form does not submit card details to PayPal.

This website uses WordPress and caching tools that may use cookies or similar technologies.

The Contact page includes an embedded Google map. Google may process information when the map loads under its Privacy Policy. Social links open external websites with their own privacy practices.
